I'm so looking forward to attending my first ServiceNow Knowledge conference next week (May 7-9th) in Las Vegas. Having been to lots of tech conferences, I have an idea of what to expect (wear comfortable shoes, get ready for mass chaos..), but look forward to the unique take SNOW has when they gather their community. Love to hear any pro tips from my network!
I want to learn more about what other attendees are trying to accomplish with the ServiceNow platform. It will also be great to see what AI capabilities are being made available. Seeing what's on stage will be great, but the best thing about conferences is always getting to meet new people and connecting with old friends.
