This week, Forever Human.ai achieved a major milestone - we are now officially a sanctioned ServiceNow partner! Once we were approved, an impressive number of enablement tools were unlocked. I’ve been reading case studies, watching videos, and downloading and reviewing frameworks for days now. Even before the partner portal was available, I was able to create an account and access lots of learning material for free. I knew some of ServiceNow’s core offers, and I knew it was growing its reach, but now seeing what they’ve built I’m even more excited about the toolset available to help customers accelerate their digital transformation with the platform. I also loved that one of the “hot topics” was the importance of integrating UX into engagements, which is one of the drums I’ve been beating for most of my career. I was super lucky to work closely with a UX professional very early in my career and seeing how she up-leveled everything she was involved in, I’ve been a believer ever since.
What’s next? Becoming a ServiceNow partner initially puts the company at the “Registered” level. Better than nothing, but pretty…basic. Now we are working towards the “Specialist” level, which requires onboarding more talent, making sure everyone has the certifications and training to be successful, and delighting our early customers with great implementations. I’m excited to work hard to achieve this level both quickly AND with a high degree of quality. After all, as Warren Buffett says, “It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it.”
